A subscription ships more than once
If the Subscribe & Save option is selected, the product is dispatched again every 30, 60, 90 or
120 days according to the cycle chosen. Each dispatch is a new charge. If you only want one delivery,
select the One-Time Purchase tab instead.
Tracking, wrong address, parcel not arrived
All of it is handled by the store. The tracking number comes in the store’s confirmation email.
This site has no visibility of any order.
When the bottle arrives
Check the label before you use it: the directions, the ingredient list, the batch and the period
after opening are on the bottle or the carton. If the packaging is damaged or the seal is broken, do
not use it and contact the store straight away.
